This castle generator creates fortified fantasy strongholds for tabletop roleplaying games. Each map combines curtain walls, towers, a gatehouse, a keep, courtyards, and named bailey buildings.
How to generate a castle
- Open Configuration to choose the castle size, overall shape, tower and keep styles, moat, inner wall, inhabitants, and grid.
- Select Generate Castle to build a new stronghold using those settings.
- Use the named-building key to identify important locations and highlight them on the map.
- Save the finished castle, or transfer it into an Adventure on the Legendary Players Guild virtual tabletop.
Designed for fortified locations
Use a medium castle for a compact defensive site or a huge castle for a major seat of power. Regenerate to preserve the same broad design choices while changing the wall plan and buildings.

- Each letter corresponds to a named location in the building key beside the map.
- Can I change the defenses?
- Yes. Configuration controls the moat, inner wall, tower shape, keep shape, and other visible features.
- Do I need an account?
- No account is required to generate a castle. Saving and tabletop transfer require the corresponding Guild access.
